Our commitment

Seasons Counseling wants everyone to be able to use this website and reach our care. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we review the site against those guidelines as it changes.

What we have done

• Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with visible focus states, and focus is never hidden behind the sticky header
• Headings, landmarks, and link text are written for screen readers
• Text and interface colors meet WCAG AA contrast requirements
• Dialogs (the matching form, therapist bios, chat) keep keyboard focus inside them and close with Escape
• Form fields are labelled, errors are announced, and the field that needs attention receives focus
• Motion is reduced for visitors who have asked their device for reduced motion
• The site is checked with automated accessibility testing (axe-core) on every page before release

Our offices

Each office has accessible parking and entry. If you need an accommodation for an appointment, tell the intake team when you reach out and we will arrange it.
