We are all in it together
Every person carries a story that cannot be understood from the outside alone. Seasons was built on the belief that people deserve to be met with curiosity, dignity, and care, and that meaningful change becomes more possible when no one has to navigate it alone.
Care centered on the person
We use person-centered, evidence-informed care. That means the relationship and the client’s lived experience guide the work, while clinical training provides structure, tools, and accountability.
A team built to keep learning
Strong client care requires strong clinicians. Seasons invests in supervision, collaboration, and professional development so therapists have support as they deepen their skills.
Local roots, broader access
With offices in Charlottesville, Culpeper, Locust Grove, and Warrenton, plus online therapy across Virginia, Seasons combines local connection with the resources of a growing clinical team.
The meaning behind the Seasons mark
We may look different on the outside, and each of us carries experiences others cannot immediately see. The colors and forms in the Seasons identity represent diversity, inner experience, and the empathy that binds us as people.

About Seasons
Where you can be seen
A team that keeps learning
Residents at Seasons work under licensed supervision, and the whole team collaborates on care. For clients, that means a practice large enough to support a whole family, often with a different therapist for each member.
Leadership and support team
The people who lead the practice and who answer when you reach out.

Anne Luckinbill, LPC, NCC, ACS, is the founder of Seasons Counseling, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and North Carolina, a National Certified Counselor, an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist. Today, she leads the practice, supervises clinicians, and develops the systems and culture that support consistent, thoughtful care across Seasons Counseling's Virginia locations.
Anne no longer maintains an individual therapy caseload. Her focus is leading Seasons, supervising clinicians, and strengthening the systems and culture that support thoughtful, connected care across the practice.

Camilla comes to Seasons Counseling with decades of administrative experience in both mental and public health settings. Her goal is to make obtaining mental health services as seamless and as easy as possible; removing barriers to care. Camilla is a core part of the Seasons’s team and often the first voice of compassion someone seeking care hears.

Daniel brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, growth strategy, and business development. He has worked across service-based industries, including healthcare, helping organizations clarify their message, improve the client experience, and build sustainable systems for growth.
As Marketing Director for Seasons Counseling, Daniel leads marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, referral development, and growth initiatives. His focus is making it easier for people to find the right care while supporting the clinicians and team members who provide it. He works closely with Seasons’ leadership to connect marketing decisions to the practice’s mission, growth goals, and commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
Daniel believes the best marketing is honest, rooted in service, and always keeps the client at the center of the conversation. His approach to Seasons is simple: support the people doing meaningful work, remove friction for the people trying to find help, and build systems that allow the organization to reach more families without losing what makes it personal.
Outside of work, Daniel is a husband and father of three, a lifelong musician, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt.
