Feel supported. Connected. More in control.

The chaos of daily life can affect how you feel, function, and connect with the people who matter most. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, parenting pressure, or a major transition can leave you feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

Therapy offers a steady place to understand what is happening, strengthen the support systems around you, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Change rarely happens all at once. It begins with a first step and grows from there.

Care designed around the person, not a template

No two people experience the same challenge in exactly the same way. Our clinicians draw from evidence-based approaches while listening first and shaping care around your strengths, history, culture, relationships, and goals.

Seasons clinicians work within a collaborative practice supported by clinical supervision and consultation. That structure helps therapists continue developing their judgment, skills, and ability to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

  • Person-centered, evidence-informed care
  • Clinical supervision and consultation
  • Care shaped around your strengths, history, and goals

  • Understand emotional and behavioral patterns
  • Develop healthier ways to cope with stress and change
  • Strengthen relationships with yourself and others
  • Build emotional resilience and a greater sense of control

Do you take my insurance?

Seasons works with several major insurance plans. Coverage and clinician participation vary, so our intake team will help you review the options available for your needs and preferred location.

How do I know whether therapy is right for me or my child?

Therapy may be worth considering when emotions, behavior, relationships, stress, or a major life change are affecting daily life. You do not need to wait until things reach a crisis point to ask for support.

How soon can I start therapy?

Availability varies by therapist, location, insurance, and scheduling needs. After reviewing your information, our intake team will explain the available options and next steps.

Is therapy confidential?

Therapy is confidential, with limited legal and ethical exceptions related to safety and other circumstances required by law. Your therapist will explain confidentiality and its limits during your first session.

What should I do in a crisis?

Seasons is an outpatient therapy practice and does not provide emergency or crisis response through website forms, voicemail, email, or social media. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
